Zinc in Neurodegeneration and Neural Plasticity
Call for Papers

Investigators are invited to contribute original research articles as well as review articles that will stimulate the continuing efforts to understand the role of zinc in neural and synaptic plasticity in the healthy brain as well as in the context of brain pathologies, in particular those underlying neurodegenerative disorders. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

Recent developments in CNS zinc imaging
Role of zinc in synaptic plasticity
Role of zinc during CNS development
Function and dysfunction of neuronal zinc proteins
Role of zinc in neurodegenerative disorders
Disease mechanisms of zinc deficiency and excess within the CNS
